Daniel is the managing partner and is the head of our Corporate and Financial Practice with a vast experience in banking and finance as well as insolvency and company restructuring, litigation, and Commercial Dispute Resolution practice. (Mediation, Arbitration and Litigation)
He also advises clients on intellectual property particularly trade mark and copyright litigation, patent perfection and on matters of infringement, passing off and anti-counterfeiting. He works with clients across a range of sectors including; Business advisory, Tax Management, and human rights advocacy.
Daniel is a Member of the Rwanda Bar Association, East African Law Society, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of London United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Laws(Hons) from National University of Rwanda, and is currently pursuing his LLM in Business Law from the National University of Rwanda.
Daniel is fluent in Kinyarwanda, English, and has a working knowledge of French and Swahili.

Reuben is an advocate tasked with quality assurance in our transaction and commercial litigation duties. He has vast experience in aspects of contract law, securities law, and labour and corporate litigation as well as commercial issues.
He has deep knowledge and understanding of litigation in Rwanda and, as an accomplished litigator and advisor, he has represented various clients in connection with a wide range of litigation, mediation and arbitration matters across various industries from complex debt recovery, breach of contract, insolvency and liquidation, business torts.
He is fluent in Kinyarwanda, English, French and Swahili.
Reuben holds a Bachelor of Laws(Hons) from National University of Rwanda, and is currently pursuing his LLM in Business Law from the National University of Rwanda.
He is a Member of the Rwanda Bar Association and East African Law Society. He is also a member of Lawyers of Hope, Rwanda.

Her diverse practice includes the representation of top security firms, Logistics and handling companies, and other large corporate entities . She has also advised on matters related to commercial real estate transactions and managed all aspects of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and litigation incidental to commercial real estate financing transactions.
